  • What benefit is Bookkeeping-Online to my business ?

We can do your bookkeeping in house here, which removes the need to hire a member of staff yourself and supervise them. We believe this is a cost-effective solution to the problem of hiring and training your own accounts staff, and the related tax and employment risk.

  • Are there other benefits besides cost savings ?

You free up time to concentrate on your business and lose the worry of mounting paperwork while Bookkeeping-Online provides you with professional, clear and up to date records. Having up to date information on a timely basis will help you manage your business and plan effectively.

  • Where is the work done ?

If appropriate work can be done at your Northamptonshire premises. The most cost-effective alternative is use of the postal service to deliver documents to us for processing. These will be returned to you promptly. Other combinations or flexible alternatives may be considered dependent upon both of our business resources.

  • Will I still need an Accountant ?

Yes. Bookkeeping-Online will complete your selected services so that your accountant can get straight on with your Statutory Accounts and annual Tax Return.

  • Do the accounts have to be monthly ?

No. Sometimes quarterly, half yearly, weekly or annually. We will meet the needs of your business.

  • What is the contract period ?

There is no contract period. Although one month’s notice from either party prior to termination is included in our Terms of Use

  • Confidentiality ?

All information provided will be kept confidential.

  • What other services do you provide ?
